The water transfer printing process is a special technique for decorating the surface of materials.
First, the design is printed on custom transfer paper using soluble dyes or pigments.
Next, a film is formed in a tank, floating on the water surface, and the printed design is gently placed onto this water film.
Due to the strong adhesiveness of the film's surface, the pattern adheres evenly to the water surface. After the pattern is formed, an activator is sprayed using a spray gun to transfer the design to the surface of the product.
Finally, the product undergoes cleaning and coating processes to ensure a durable and firmly adhered pattern.
